Mark Easterday – Lead vocals, rhythm guitar
Mark has loved country music since the late glory days of the early ’90s. Growing up in San Bernardino, he performed in musical theater and loved the stage. He brings his fun personality to the country stage, along with his love of a good drinkin’ song and the drink that goes with it!
David Lockeretz – Lead guitar, upright bass, cowbell
Dave is a professional musician and tremendous private instructor, helping Mark realize his dream of playing country music on stage. His formal training at the Berklee College of Music is apparent in his depth of skill across many instruments. Most notably, of course, with a cowbell! Dave has also played toured and recorded with many bands, playing all styles of music from Beethoven to Black Sabbath, sometimes on the same gig.
Jake Jacobs – Drums
Originally from Massachusetts, Jake is now a veteran music producer, drummer, percussionist and educator based in the South Bay.
Robb Forby – Bass
Robb began his professional career in 1972 – stealing away his older brother’s bass to play with his Jr. High jazz band. His career took off immediately composing and arranging at age thirteen. Thus began a life of touring with artists like Marisela (Latin Pop), Andrè Crouch (Gospel), Lisa Marie Sweet (Country), Cowboy Buddha (Alternative/Country), Lenny Kerley (The Cryan’ Shames) and Shari Puorto (Blues).
Elizabeth Parks – Keyboard, vocals, percussion
Liz has a long history of performance in prominent Southern California country bands. New to The 40oz Band since the Fall of 2012, Liz has added strong vocals and vibrant keyboard play along with a real love of country music. She has performed at most of the popular country venues throughout Southern California.
